10 Ways to Please God

#1 concentrate on Loving Him

And now, Israel, what does the LORD your God ask of you but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in obedience to him, to love him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul. - Deuteronomy 10:12

Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father[a] is not in them.-1 John 2:15

#2 Worship Him in Spirit and in Truth

Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. - John 4:23

#3 Obey His Teaching

Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them. - John 14:23

#4 Totally Trust Him

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. - Hebrews 11:6

#5 Praise God's name

I will praise God’s name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving. This will please the Lord more than an ox, more than a bull with its horns and hooves. - Psalm 69:30-31

#6 Obey & Look up & Wait

Blessed are those who listen to me, watching daily at my doors, waiting at my doorway. - Proverbs 8:34

#7 Grow in the grace and knowledge of Lord

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen. - 2 Peter 3:18

#8 Attend Gathering

Do not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. - Hebrews 10:25

#9 Present Your Daily Life as Living and Holy Sacrifice

Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. - Romans 12:1

#10 Rejoice and Pray without ceasing

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! - Philippians 4:4
